After launch

Care for the product you just shipped.

The care package keeps a live site, store, or app watched. When you want more work on that same project, we quote it — we do not pretend a new feature is a bug fix.

AI-generated operations bench with a status dashboard

A launch is not the end of the product. Care is the package that keeps hosting watched, copy current, and a studio hour reserved so a Sunday outage is not a Monday discovery.

When you want more work on the same site after it is live, you do not start over. You buy a published add-on on that project. If it fits care, we do it in the reserved hour. If it is new scope, care members pay the lower listed rate, you pay, and we reopen the same workflow.

Monthly care

$450

/ mo

Hosting and uptime watch, small copy and dependency updates, one reserved studio hour, and a note in your dashboard of what changed.

Add care at checkout

Yearly care · Two months included

$4,500

billed once a year

The same watch and reserved hours, one invoice for the year, two months included versus monthly, and priority on that hour.

Add care at checkout

What care covers

  • · Hosting, uptime, and payment-job watch
  • · Copy, dependency, and defect fixes in the reserved hour
  • · A written note in your project of what changed
  • · The launch window: defects on what we shipped, not new ideas

What care does not cover

  • · New pages, collections, or a second language you did not buy
  • · A redesigned checkout, a new app, or a second market
  • · Silent extra weeks. New scope is a published add-on, not a surprise invoice

More work after you go live

Completion is not a wall. Buy a published add-on on that project. Care members pay less. Small fixes still sit in the reserved hour.

  1. 01

Open add-ons on the same project

From a launched project in the dashboard, pick a published add-on. Care members pay the lower rate. Notes and texts still work for small asks.

  2. 02

We say if it fits care

A broken French receipt, a copy change, a dependency update: reserved hour. You see it logged.

  3. 03

    Pay the published CAD number

Standard and care prices are listed. You pay, we reopen the same workflow. We do not invent a silent extra week.

  4. 04

We reopen — we do not restart

Status moves from launched back to active. Receipts and notes stay with the same account.

Questions people ask

Is care required?
No. You can buy the project only. Launch still includes a support window for defects. After that, new work is a published add-on — standard or care rate.
What counts as care versus a new project?
Care is uptime, copy, dependencies, and the reserved hour. A new collection, a second language you did not buy, a redesigned checkout, or extra hours is a published add-on on the same project. Care members pay the lower rate.
Do we keep the same project after launch?
Yes. The project stays in your account. Status moves to launched. Extra work is a published add-on on that record — not a new login and not a forgotten email.
