Next.js website redesign

A new design for the site you already have, rebuilt in Next.js — with a redirect map for the URLs that still convert.

From $9,500

8–12 weeks · 30% due today, then three later milestones

AI-generated product scene of a custom website beside the physical good

This plan starts from a live URL, not a blank page. We audit what still earns an enquiry, write the redirect map, redesign the templates, and rebuild in Next.js. Content you already published moves onto the pages we agree — up to eight — instead of living in a second museum beside the new site.

The stack is Next.js, with a CMS so operators can edit after we leave. Analytics are wired to the conversion you name. Invoices are in CAD. This build bills in four milestones. A store, tax, or checkout is still the ecommerce system.

Baseline scope

This published price
From $9,500 CAD for an agreed set of up to 8 pages and a redirect map.
Current site
You give access. We do not guess passwords or invent a second copy of the archive.
CMS
Next.js structured content so operators can edit after launch.
Redirects
URLs that still earn an enquiry. The rest can 404 on purpose.
Hosting
12 months included. Renewal is quoted.
Support
90 days for defects in what we shipped. New work is an add-on.

How this is paid

Builds at or above $8,500 CAD bill in milestones: 30% to start, 30% at approved architecture, 30% when the core works, 10% at launch. Smaller design and advisory lines stay paid in full before we start.

What you own

After the last payment you own the delivered files, content, and the accounts we opened in your name. Reusable studio code, tools, and methods stay with the studio. Domain and CMS logins are yours. If care ends, hosting and access stay yours; we stop watching.

Third-party costs

Domain registrar fees after year one, extra CMS seats, and analytics tools you add are yours.

Who it benefits

  • · Teams whose current site converts, but the design and stack no longer will.
  • · Anyone who needs the old URLs to keep working after the cutover.
  • · Operators who want to edit pages in Next.js, not inherit another contractor’s theme.

What is included

  • · Written audit and redirect map for URLs that still convert
  • · New design and Next.js rebuild of up to 8 pages
  • · Content moved from the current site onto those pages
  • · CMS so your team can change pages without a pull request
  • · Analytics wired to the conversion you named
  • · 90-day launch support for defects
  • · Audit of the current site and a written redirect map
  • · New design and Next.js rebuild of agreed pages (up to 8)
  • · Content moved from the current site; CMS so operators can edit
  • · Analytics, 12 months hosting, 90-day defect window

What to expect

  1. 01

Week 1–2: crawl the current site, name the conversion, agree which URLs redirect and which retire.

  2. 02

Week 3–5: new templates and the Next.js information architecture.

  3. 03

Week 6–10: move agreed content, CMS, analytics, bilingual routes if you supply French.

  4. 04

Week 11–12: redirect test, launch, 90-day window. Search likes a map, not a surprise 404.

Questions people ask

Will our old links keep working?
The ones we put on the redirect map, yes. We write that list in week one from what still converts.
Do I pay before you start?
You pay the first 30% at checkout. The rest follows architecture approval, a working core, and launch.
